<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten temperature increase time as far as possible while preventing excessive heating of an exhaust cleaning material such as a particulate filter over a target temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the combustion temperature increase of an after-treatment burner system where a burner 14 is disposed upstream of a particulate filter 12 (exhaust cleaning material) provided in the middle of an exhaust pipe 11, and the temperature of the particulate filter 12 is increased by combustion with the burner 14, when the burner 14 is ignited to increase the temperature of the particulate filter 12 to a target temperature, fuel injection control of the burner 14 is performed in such a manner that the temperature increase speed of the particulate filter 12 is maintained relatively high until the temperature thereof approaches the target temperature and is lowered in steps when the temperature thereof approaches the target temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
