<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling management device, a cargo handling management system, a cargo handling management method and a cargo handling management program, allowing improvement of cargo handling efficiency by reducing waiting times of containers to be carried-in to a plurality of self-propelled cranes each using a battery as a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: This cargo handling management device 70 managing cargo handling work of the containers in respective travel lanes of the plurality of self-propelled cranes performing the cargo handling work with the chargeable batteries as the power supplies includes: an operation information acquisition means 74 acquiring crane operation information representing whether the self-propelled crane is in a charging work state of charging the battery or a cargo handling state allowing the cargo handling work from each of the plurality of self-propelled cranes; and a crane allocation determination part 78 selecting one of the plurality of self-propelled cranes and allocating the cargo handling work of the container which is carried into an external chassis or which an inside trailer carries into a container yard in reference to the crane operation information acquired by the operation information acquisition means 74 to the selected self-propelled crane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
