<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a DC interlock system capable of compensating a power variation amount of one of AC systems interlocked by a DC interlock system while suppressing the power variation amount of the other AC system. <P>SOLUTION: A first power variation amount arithmetic section 18 converts a first frequency variation amount ΔF1 of a first frequency f1 detected by a first frequency detector 16 of a first AC system 11 and a first reference frequency fr1 into a first power variation amount ΔP1. A second power variation amount arithmetic section 22 converts a second frequency variation amount ΔF2 of a second frequency f2 detected by a second frequency detector 20 of a second AC system 12 and a second reference frequency fr2 into a second power variation amount ΔP2.
