<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device and transmission method that can decrease interference with transmissions in other radio communication systems while preventing decrease in convenience for users, in voice signal transmission systems transmitting multiple voice signals over multiple time-sharing channels using the same frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission device is provided that comprises a transmission power setting section that separately sets a transmission power transmitting main vocal signals indicating main voices and one or more voice signals that accompany the main vocal signals to achieve predetermined sound effects; and a first transmission section that separately transmits the main voice signals and one or more accompanying voice signals over time-sharing channels using the same frequency band, based on the transmission power set by the transmission power setting section. The transmission power setting section sets the transmission power of the main voice signals to a first reference value and sets the transmission power of the accompanying voice signals to a second reference value smaller than the first reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
