PURPOSE: A capturing apparatus, graphic user interface and using method are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by eliminating a touch panel in the capturing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Plural optical sources are arranged in the inside of a housing unit(11). A display panel(12) is installed on the surface of the housing unit. A functional switch unit(14) is installed on the housing unit. The functional switch unit changes an operation mode into an establishment mode. An instruction apparatus includes two stages switch. The instruction unit is rotatably installed in a capturing apparatus.
