摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence observation device capable of correcting a change in fluorescence intensity dependent on the observation distance, observation angle, and the like of a fluorescence image according to the observation conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The employed fluorescence observation device 1 includes: a light source 3 for irradiating an object to be observed X with excitation light and white light; a fluorescence image generation unit 21 for capturing an image of fluorescence generated in the object to be observed X by the application of the excitation light and acquiring a fluorescence image; a reference image generation unit 20 for capturing an image of return light that returns from the object to be observed X by the application of the white light and acquiring a reference image; an observation condition determination unit 22 for determining the observation condition of the object to be observed X from the reference image acquired by the reference image generation unit 20; a previous stage processing unit 24 for correcting the gradation value of the reference image on the basis of the observation condition of the object to be observed X; and a fluorescence image correction unit 25 for dividing the fluorescence image acquired by the fluorescence image generation unit 21 by the reference image in which the gradation value is corrected by the previous stage processing unit 24 to generate a corrected fluorescence image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
