PURPOSE: A system for providing a video in which an adaptive advertisement changes corresponding to user participation is provided to include an advertisement for a corresponding video by selecting an advertisement which is related to information about a personalized video frame. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(110) collects various types of information related to a video frame. The video frame is captured by at least one user. By referring to information related to a collected personalized video frame, an advertisement configuration unit(120) generates advertisement configuration information about a corresponding video. According to the advertisement configuration information, a video providing unit(130) reflects an advertisement in a frame corresponding to the personalized video frame among frames of a corresponding video.
