<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detector down-sized, while improving the accuracy of measurement of a magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: In the magnetic field detector 10, magnetic sensor elements 3 and 4 provided with magneto-sensitive sections 6, 7 and 8, each detecting a magnetic field in one axial direction, on respective specified surfaces of flat plate shaped and rectangular parallelepiped substrates are disposed on a mounting substrate with a signal processing IC 2.
