<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible display module capable of fully attaining protection from external environments by improving a seal performance. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the flexible display module 36 comprises steps of sandwiching a flexible display panel module 34 between two sheets 31 and 32 of which at least one is transparent, and thermally compressing and sealing the peripheral parts 35 of the two sheets. The peripheral parts of the two sheets are thermally compressed and sealed so that an electrode part 33 formed in the edge part of the flexible display panel module for connecting to a driver side is protruded out of a sealing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
