<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-broadcast-data transmitting method capable of transmitting a highly convenient digital broadcast signal. <P>SOLUTION: A data transmitting method includes the steps of performing conversion into a predetermined format by encoding broadcast information, generating metadata on the basis of attribute information, generating a service information table including information representing presence or absence of the metadata on the basis of broadcast additional information and the attribute information, generating a transport stream for transmission by multiplexing the converted broadcast information, the service information table and the metadata, and transmitting the generated transport stream. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
