<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body side part structure capable of efficiently transmitting a front collision load input from the front part of a vehicle body through a door beam to the rear part of the vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A first load transmitting block 22A and a second load transmitting block 22B are provided on the upper and lower sides. A front collision load is received by both load transmitting blocks 22A, 22B. The door beam 17 mounted inside a side door is formed in a forked shape with an upper branch part 41 which extends from a beam base 40 toward the first load transmitting block 22A and a lower branch part 42 which extends from the beam base 40 toward the second load transmitting block 22B.
