<p>A preparation method of power plastic masterbatch particles and plastic products therefrom are disclosed. The preparation method is as follows: oxidizing the carbon black with ozone; fully mixing the treated carbon black with nano-grade tourmaline powder and using the mixture as a substrate, adding ultrafine rutile titanium dioxide to the substrate, fully mixing and using the mixture as an power material; drying the mixed power material for 1-2 hours at 100-120?; adding dispersant into the dried energy material, wherein as compared with the mixed substrate of carbon black and nano-grade tourmaline powder, the weight of dispersant added is 2%-4% based on the total weight of mixed substrate; adding plastic carrier resin to the power material with dispersant, mixing uniformly, and forming mixed material, wherein the amount of plastic carrier resin added is 12%-18% based on the total weight of mixed substrate of carbon black and nano-grade tourmaline powder; producing plastic masterbatch particles from the mixed material with production equipment.</p> |
