PURPOSE: A waste tire incinerator and a hot water supplying device using the same are provided to prevent the generation of ash by removing the dust which is not burned in a third combustion unit in a burned gas purifying unit. CONSTITUTION: A waste tire incinerator comprises a fuel supplying unit(100), first, second and third combustion units and a burned gas purifying unit(500). The fuel supplying unit transfers waste tire scraps. The first combustion unit burns the waste tire scraps transferred from the fuel supplying unit. The second combustion unit burns the ash of the waste tire incompletely burned in the first combustion unit and discharges the completely burned ash. The third combustion unit burns the gas and dusts in the burned gas flows from the first and second combustion unit through two-stage combustion. The burned gas purifying unit removes the unburned dusts in the burned gas which is discharged from the third combustion unit and discharges the burned gas to outside.
