<p>A blowing-free clearing method for residual emulsion includes the steps of blocking low inertia force backflow of the emulsion, blocking side channeling of the emulsion, blocking emulsion channeling in the intermediate-roll shifting space, blocking the emulsion condensate, rapidly draining the residual emulsion in the emulsion spraying beams, and preventing from splashing. The method enables the residual emulsion to be cleared in a simple and effective manner.</p> |
