<p>The emergency windscreen comprises a transparent piece of flexible plastic with securing eyelets along the edges. It is tied over the windscreen space with the ends of the ties secured in the body seams. The bottom edge of the windscreen has its ties fitted with tags (18) which clip under the rear edge of the bonnet cover. The sides of the windscreen are tied around the roof uprights while the top edge is looped by lacing cords around the roof, and through the doors seals under the inside of the roof. The windscreen provides a strong fixture and is watertight.</p> |
