New organic europium(ＩＩＩ) complexes and a composite for latent fingerprint detector containing it as an active ingredient

PURPOSE: A novel 1,10-phenanthroline Eu III complex compound and a composition for detecting latent fingerprint containing the same are provided to simplify complex compound synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A phenanthroline Eu III complex compound is denoted by general formula 1. A chemical composition for detecting latent fingerprint contains the complex compound of general formula 1 as an active ingredient. The concentration of the Eu III complex compound is 0.5×10^-6~ 0.5×10^-5M. The composition additionally contains cationic or anionic surfactant. A method for detecting latent fingerprint comprises: a step of spraying the chemical composition for detecting latent fingerprint to a test sample; and a step of irradiating UV ray to the test sample.
