The invention relates to a finger prosthesis (10) comprising a base element (20) which is adapted to receive forces and torques and which can be provided with an elastic coating in order to obtain a natural look. The base element (20) is configured as a dimensionally stable core which, in places which correspond to the soft parts of natural fingers, has recesses (30) that are filled with an elastomer material (40), thereby producing a natural contour of the finger. The invention also relates to a hand prosthesis (1) comprising a chassis (2) on which the above finger prostheses (10) are arranged. |
