PURPOSE: An air cavity ship is provided to reduce frictional resistance due to a vertical partition member in the navigation of a ship by broadening the arrangement space of the vertical partitioning member. CONSTITUTION: An air cavity ship(100) comprises a plurality of vertical partition members(110) and an air supplying portion(120). The plurality of vertical partition members is separated to the width direction of the ship and divides the bottom of the ship vertically. The air supplying portion forms an air cavity by supplying air in the space formed with the plurality of vertical partition members. The height of the vertical partition members increases from the center of the ship to both endpoints of the ship. The arrangement space of the plurality of vertical partition members becomes broader from the center of the ship to both endpoints of the ship.
