CARBON NANOTUBE MIXED SOLDER BALL AND CARBON NANOTUBE MIXED SOLDER PASTE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon nano tube mixed solder ball and a method for manufacturing carbon nano tube mixed solder paste are provided to maximize the electric performance of a solder bonding unit by uniformly mixing solder particles with a carbon nano tube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube is distributed after mixing solutions are made by inputting carbon nano tube(T) to solder solutions. The deformation of a solder particle(S) is generated by rotating a rotation drum of a ball mill device. A solder particle is dried by separating the mixed solution from a ball and evaporating mixed solutions. The shape of the solder particle is recovered by inputting the solder particle into silicon oil. The recovered solder particle is cleaned.
