PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control device for vehicle-driving device capable of reducing shocks imparted to a crew, by suppressing torque variation that accompanies disconnection of a clutch for air conditioner.SOLUTION: When an engine 6 is to be started by a motor 7, a clutch 121 for an air conditioner is temporarily disconnected during the operation of a compressor 112 for an air conditioner; the disconnected state of the clutch 121 for an air conditioner is maintained at the starting time of the compressor 112 for air conditioner; and the clutch 121 for the air conditioner is fastened, after the start of the engine 6.
