FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in heating and cooling. Heating is performed in two stages. At the first stage blanks are cooled to temperature 500-860C in medium of inert gas and at rate higher or equal to 200C/min. As inert gas there is used nitrogen. In case of blanks made of granule alloys the blank is placed into a capsule having a shape of the blank. During the second stage blanks are cooled in atmosphere of inert gas or in vacuum. ^ EFFECT: upgraded strength properties, increased lasted strength and low-cycle fatigue which reduces labour input of thermo-treatment procedure. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
