PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing member for electrophotography such as a conductive roller, which is capable of obtaining a clear image with printing conditions for plate wear under an HH environment, and particularly effective for white background fogging.SOLUTION: The developing member for electrophotography has a multilayer structure consisting of an elastic layer and at least one layer on the elastic layer, and a fluorine urethane resin is added for applying functionality to an acryl resin as a binder resin component on an outermost layer. |
