Apparatus for the separation of objects that are joined together by means of a removable link, in particular fruit and vegetable products, such as for example cherries, comprising a collecting vessel in the form of a tank, into which there is let water, and into which said products are conveyed via means that are separated from the water inlet conduit, one or more conduits extending downstream from said collecting vessel and having respective inflow mouths situated downstream from said collecting vessel, water pumps located inside said conduits and adapted to cause the liquid to whirl about jointly with the products being taken in therewith, and to pump them into the respective outflow mouths so as to eject them.
Preferably, the water being ejected is recovered and let again into said collecting vessel. |
