PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prohibit use of a speech element which causes quality deterioration.SOLUTION: A speech synthesizer 10 creates a speech element sequence, and synthesizes speech by connecting the created speech element sequence. When the speech element of the synthesized first speech element sequence is different from that of a second speech element sequence including the same synthesis unit with the first speech element sequence, the speech synthesizer 10 prohibits use of the speech element of the first speech element sequence in which the speech element is different from the second speech element sequence. |
