PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both tensile strength and contact resistance in higher performance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a terminal crimping electric wire where a conductor crimping part 7 of a crimp terminal 5 is crimped to a conductor 2a exposed to an end of an electric wire 2 comprises (a) a process of generating a temperature difference between a conductor 2a and a conductor crimping part 7 so that the temperature of the conductor crimping part 7 is relatively higher than that of the conductor 2a, and (b) a process of crimping the conductor crimping part 7 to the conductor 2a. |
