PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person counter and an accuracy evaluation method for detecting deterioration in accuracy at low costs.SOLUTION: The person counter 100 includes: an imaging means 11 which images a person who passes through an entrance and exit or doorway 14 of a hall; a counter means 24 for counting the number of persons entering the hall or leaving the hall from image data captured by the imaging means 11; and an accuracy evaluation means 25 for evaluating the counting accuracy of the counter means 24 determined on the basis of a difference between the number of entering persons and that of leaving persons. |
