PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device having a heat roller, pressure roller, and a uniformizing roller, the fixing device being able to maintain a nip width by reducing swing of the pressure roller and uniformizing roller during a fixing operation, and able to make the temperature distribution of the heat roller uniform, and to provide an image forming apparatus having the fixing device.SOLUTION: The fixing device for fixing a toner image on a target transfer body by the application of heat includes: the heat roller for heating the target transfer body in contact with it; the pressure roller rotated in contact with the heat roller and pressing the target transfer body against the heat roller; the heat uniformizing roller rotated in contact with the pressure roller and making the temperature of the heat roller uniform via the pressure roller; and a frame supporting the rotary shaft of each roller. The frame includes: a frame body supporting the heat roller; and a movable frame supporting the rotary shafts of the pressure roller and uniformizing roller. The movable frame is mounted on the frame body so as to be rotatable by a fulcrum pin. |
