PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target-projecting device for correcting a target image for projection and re-projecting the same when detection of the target projected on a measurement target is difficult.SOLUTION: The target-projecting device includes: a projecting part 3 that projects onto a measurement target 2 a target image F1 for projection displayed with a target T; a photographing part 4 that obtains a captured image F3 by photographing a target image F2 shown on the measurement target 2 by projecting the target image F1 for projection from the projecting part 3; a target feature detection part 62 that detects features of the target T from the photographed image F3 photographed by the photographing part 4; a permission condition storage part 54 that stores predetermined permission conditions relating to the target T in the photographed image F3; a permission condition determining part 7 that determines whether the photographed image F3 satisfies the predetermined permission conditions; and an image processing part 8 that corrects the target image F1 for projection by changing a feature of the target T to satisfy the predetermined permission condition when the permission condition determining part 7 determines that the predetermined permission conditions are not satisfied.
