The profile element (10) has two profile sections (20, 30) comprising sound through holes (31) and extending along first and second directions (L, H), where the second direction runs perpendicular to the first direction. The profile sections are connected with each other by a form closure along a third direction (D) that runs perpendicular to the first and second directions. Two transitional sections (25, 26) and two support portions (35, 36) are extended along the third direction. A wrap-around section (27) is connected with one of the profile sections by one of the transitional sections. An independent claim is also included for a wall element comprising a sound-reflecting intermediate wall extended between layers.
