PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recover from stop of an air conditioner due to operation of a high pressure switch, in the air conditioner.SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a low pressure operation mode for operation at lower pressure as a renewal device and a high pressure operation mode for operation at pressure higher than that of in the low pressure operation mode. Outdoor refrigerant piping 13 includes: a mechanical type first high pressure switch 71; a pressure sensor 81; and a mechanical second high pressure switch 72 operated at pressure lower than the operation pressure of the first high pressure switch 71 and slightly lower than the high pressure in the low pressure operation mode. The air conditioner further includes: a determination part determining which of the first and second high pressure switches 71, 72 is operated based on a detection value by the pressure sensor 81 when the high pressure switch is operated; and a control part forcedly switching to the first operation mode when the determination part determines that the second high pressure switch 72 is operated. |
