In a measuring probe (40), a measuring beam is diffused by a first diffuser (19), and when received by a plurality of light-receiving sensors (13B, 14B, 15B) via a plurality of interference filters (13A, 14A, 15A), the measuring beam is made incident to the interference filters (13A, 14A, 15A) via second diffusers (13C, 14C, 15C). These interference filters (13A, 14A, 15A) are formed according to the intensity distribution conditions for the angle of incidence of the light incident to said interference filters (13A, 14A, 15A), in such a manner that transmittance characteristics corresponding to measurement parameters are obtained. The measuring probe (40) is thus able to reduce the effects of discrepancies in transmittance characteristics due to the angle of incidence while using the interference filters (13A, 14A, 15A). |
