摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly photograph both a fundus tomographic image and an anterior ocular segment tomographic image.SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic photographing apparatus includes: an interference optical system that divides light flux emitted from a light source part into measuring light flux and reference light flux, and allows a light receiving element to receive interference light obtained by composing the measuring light flux and the reference light flux; an optical scanner that changes the traveling direction of the measuring light flux; and a control means for processing a light receiving signal outputted from the light receiving element to acquire a tomographic image of a predetermined part of an examined eye. The light source part includes a first light source provided to obtain the fundus tomographic image of the examined eye and emitting first wavelength light, and a second light source provided to obtain the anterior ocular segment tomographic image of the examined eye and emitting second wavelength light. The control means controls the first light source to acquire the fundus tomographic image of the examined eye using the first wavelength light from the first light source and controls the second light source to acquire the anterior ocular segment tomographic image of the examined eye using the second wavelength light from the second light source.
