PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus photographing device capable of reducing a burden on a subject when performing mydriatic photography in a complex machine for the mydriatic and non-mydriatic photography.SOLUTION: This fundus photographing device including an optical system for the non-mydriatic photography, performing an observation using infrared light, and an optical system for the mydriatic photography, performing an observation using visible light, includes: an alignment index projection optical system that projects an alignment index in the infrared light to the subject's eye; an alignment control means that performs an alignment of a subject's eye and the device on the basis of the light-receiving state of the alignment index projected to the subject's eye; a mode selection means for selecting a mydriatic photography mode or a non-mydriatic photography mode; and an illumination light switching means that is adapted to switch an illumination light for illuminating towards the subject's eye, from the infrared light to the visible light when the mydriatic photography mode is selected, after a prescribed alignment state is acquired by the alignment control means. |
