<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatized noodle loosening apparatus, having low cost and ease of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: This noodle loosening apparatus applies a loosening agent to the surface of noodles, while loosening noodles when packaging noodles in a food container. The apparatus includes a cylindrical or the cone-like casing body which is turnably set having a prescribed inclined angle; a driving part for rotatively driving a casing; a noodle-charging chute for charging noodles into the casing; and a spray device for applying a loosening agent to the noodles, The casing has a plurality of rod-like projecting parts which extend along a side wall, and at least one opening part which is punched between the rod-like projecting parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
