where C 10 is a C10 linear or branched alkyl chain; R' is a hydrogen atom or a C1-3 alkyl group which may contain a hydroxy group; R" is a C2-6 alkyl group which contains one hydroxy group; and A is an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, or C6 or smaller protonated amine which may contain a hydroxy group.
