The invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for treatment of tachyarrythmia, tachycardia and heart deseases in which the electro-cardiologic study of the state of heart and echo-probe revealing by ultrasonic-observation results of arhytmogenic zones, further irradiation with focused monochromatic quazimonochromatic pulses synchronized with R, S, Q, peaks of electrocardiogram, aiming by turn of additional rays of the focused qiazimonochromatic irradiation of near frequency, which intersect in the point of arhytmogenic zone, with simultaneous post-irradiation, which is performed synchronizely during the cardiocycle decreasing and, in case of necessity, cconsistent with electric single irradiation by twopolar pulse, with subsequent examination and procedure repeating to the complete blockade of atrioventricular connection. The invention also concerns an apparatus for realization of said method. |
