<p>The device has a base section (10) comprising a curved core that is provided with a convex upper face (11) and a concave lower face (12) arranged in contact with ground. A fixation unit e.g. nail, fixes the base section on the ground. A housing (13) is transversely opened at a side of the convex upper face by a longitudinal opening (19), and has a bottom (14) arranged transversely opposite to the opening. A removable covering section (24) is locked on one of longitudinal edges of the opening for introducing screws (21) into circular or oblong holes by the opening. The removable covering section is made of flexible plastic material.</p> |
