PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive data between a cellular telephone and a receiver unit.SOLUTION: By a method for transmitting and receiving data between a cellular telephone 10 having a transmission/reception unit 20 of a first RFID interface and a receiver unit 60 having a transmission/reception unit of a second RFID interface, the receiver unit transmits a transmission request of individual information to the cellular telephone by the transmission/reception unit of the second RFID interface; the cellular telephone transmits individual information 340 stored in a data storage unit 34 to the receiver unit by the transmission/reception unit of the first RFID interface in response to the transmission request; the receiver unit determines whether the individual information received by the transmission/reception unit of the second RFID interface is the requested individual information; and the receiver unit performs data transmission/reception processing through the transmission/reception unit of the first and second RFID interfaces between cellular telephones when the received individual information is determined to be the requested individual information.
