PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of ground equipment by eliminating the number of equipment of an ATC signal transmitter in a high-density operation area in which trajectory circuits shorter than a train length are continuous.SOLUTION: ATC signals output from the ATC transmitter 1b are sequentially switched and transmitted to each of trajectory circuits 21T-25T in a control area 20CA which has the plurality of trajectory circuits 21T-25T shorter than the train length in a transmission switching circuit 2b, and is longer than the train length. In the high density operation area in which the length of the trajectory circuits 21T-25T is made shorter than the train length, one ATC transmitter 1b is good enough to be provided in the control area 20CA. The cost of the ground equipment is reduced by eliminating the number of equipment of the ATC transmitter.
