A reinforcement plate 2a is fastened to a BL chassis 1 by a screw 13 that is turned and fitted into a first screw hole 9; and at a second screw hole 10, predetermined gaps are formed between the reinforcement plate 2a and the BL chassis 1 and between the reinforcement plate 2a and the screw 13. According to this, the reinforcement plate 2a is completely fixed to the BL chassis 1 at a central through-hole 8a only while at through-holes 8b, 8c on both sides, the reinforcement plate 2a is held movably by a predetermined amount in a horizontal direction and a thickness direction.
