FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed reciprocator consisting of sleeve assembly including piston with compression rings with lock, also compression rings are inserted in piston grooves, and of dynamic amplifier of compression (DAC). According to the first version the DAC is made as a blind x-like profile installed in a butt of the lock of the compression ring and forms a sealed closed contour. According to the second version the DAC is made in form of a wedge. Parallel and back planes of the wedge match upper and lower radial and internal axial planes of the compression ring forming a sealed closed contour. ^ EFFECT: implementation of one compression ring, reduced vibration and noise, compensation of negative effect of operational wear of sleeve assembly thus increasing reliability and resource of reciprocator. ^ 2 cl, 12 dwg |
