PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener configured in such a form that a spring for clamping and pressing a round bar functions even at the backmost position or a position near the back of a clamping port, the fastener being capable of clamping a horizontally disposed round bar and clamping and pressing a paper piece at the same time.SOLUTION: (A) The fastener includes two forms including a top part, a front presser and a back presser, and is formed by connecting the two forms in a pair on the side of the front presser. (B) The connected two forms are arranged on the right and left presenting the form including the top part, the front presser and the back presser in the view from the front respectively. (C) In the connected two forms, in the view from the front respectively, the top part is almost straightly extended horizontally, and the front presser and the back presser are extended vertically with an interval and are opened downwards.
