PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive touch panel that is mainly used for operations of various electric devices and ensures reliable operation.SOLUTION: Upper electrodes 15, 16 and lower electrodes 17, 18 are formed so as not to overlap with each other in the vertical direction. Insulated grooves 21, 22 and insulated grooves 19, 20 are arranged so as to surround the upper electrodes 15, 16 and the lower electrodes 17, 18A in an lower conductive layer 4 and an upper conductive layer 3 facing the electrodes. Short-circuiting between the upper electrodes 15, 16 and lower electrodes 17, 18 is prevented and insulation is maintained. No spacer, etc. is required for covering them. The touch panel can be manufactured in a short time and ensures reliable operation. |
