PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise storage device of a vending machine, for successfully putting out merchandise having such an outer shape that when it is placed on a horizontal plane with an attitude where it is falling sideways, its central axis inclines from the horizontal plane.SOLUTION: The merchandise storage device of the vending machine includes: a merchandise storage passage 13 demarcated between a pair of right and left base side boards 11; a delivery mechanism 30 having a first pedal member 30a for regulating the downward movement of merchandise while abutting on the lowest order merchandise in a standby state, and, when an ejection command is given, allows the downward movement of the merchandise, and a second pedal member 30b for regulating the downward movement of the merchandise while regressively moving in a standby state, and abutting on the merchandise next to the lowest order when the ejection command is given; and a spacer member 32 which is arranged on a passage width regulating board 31 provided oppositely to the delivery mechanism 30 by demarcating the merchandise storage passage 13, and presses the merchandise 100 to the delivery mechanism 30 while abutting on a central area part 120 of merchandise 100 with an attitude where it is falling sideways. |
