PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger sleeve structure (injection sleeve structure) of a die casting machine, a structure that prevents deformation due to temperature difference of the sleeve.SOLUTION: This is a plunger sleeve structure of a die casting machine comprising a cold chamber and is characterized in that a temperature sensor is installed at least in the upper part of the sleeve and the bottom part of the sleeve, that a cooling water channel is formed in the peripheral wall of the sleeve, and that cooling control is thereby contrived so that temperatures in the upper part and the bottom part of the sleeve are uniform. |
