摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet capable of attaining the consistent occurrence of the secondary recrystallization by the finish annealing in a relatively low-temperature and short-time manner using a continuous annealing furnace.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, a steel slab having the composition consisting of, by mass, C :≤0.12%, Si: 2.0-4.5%, Mn: 0.005-0.3%, Al: 0.005-0.012%, N: 0.0030-0.010%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is hot-rolled, and then, cold-rolled twice or more including the intermediate annealing to form a cold-rolled steel sheet, and then, finish-annealed once or more by a continuous annealing furnace. The intermediate annealing is executed at the temperature of 750-950°C, the draft of the final cold-rolling in the cold rolling is set to be in a range of 30-80%, and the secondary recrystallization is executed in the continuous annealing.
