PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for producing semi-rigid polyurethane foam which contains a plant-derived polyol, has less smell in an obtained form thereof, and has excellent flowability for use in a close molding method, and to provide a semi-rigid polyurethane foam obtained using the composition and an instrument panel for vehicle having the form.SOLUTION: The composition for producing semi-rigid polyurethane foam is obtained by mixing a polyol component containing polyether polyol, polymer polyol, polyester polyol originating from vegetable oil, catalysts, and water, and a polyisocyanate component. The composition contains the plant-derived polyol, has less smell in the obtained form, and has excellent flowability for use in the close molding method. The semi-rigid polyurethane foam and the instrument panel for vehicle having the form can be suitably manufactured by the close molding method using the composition. |
