PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of an existing drain system wherein when a metal joint formed by placing a sound absorbing layer and a sound isolating layer made of inorganic fiber thereon in this order or a drain joint made of a fireproof material-coated resin pipe is installed in a building, though, if a fire occurs, the joint itself does not burn and also a riser surrounded by a fireproof member does not burn, it may obstruct the escape of sufferers since smoke is emitted from the sound absorbing layer.SOLUTION: This drain system includes the metal joint formed by covering with a soundproof material comprising a sound absorbing layer and a sound isolating layer or the drain joint formed of a fireproof material-covered resin pipe, and the riser covered with the soundproof material formed of the sound absorbing layer and the sound isolating layer. A joint tape is wound around the connection part between the drain joint and the riser. The sound absorbing layer used for the drain joint is formed of baked inorganic fiber. |
