<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle hole structure and a dripping nozzle capable of reducing or preventing mixing of air bubbles to reliably keep and assure a certain capacity of liquid drops to be dripped. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle hole structure has a cylindrical wall 32 from an outlet part 312 where liquid drops are formed to an inlet part 311 at the lower end of a nozzle hole extending to the vicinity of the lower end of an outer wall 34, when the structure is opened outward and falls down. A part of a nozzle hole 31 from the outlet part to a region 313 with an inner diameter sharply changing is made to be approximately constant as an aperture diameter D. In the region with the inner diameter sharply changing, the inner diameter is sharply narrowed, although smoothly, to the minimum aperture diameter d of the inlet part 311. The air bubbles caused by sucked open air by restoration from squeezing are divided and reduced in diameter, and in addition, their flow rate coming out of the inlet part is increased. An outer peripheral surface 321 of the inlet part is made into a sharp conical shape with a predetermined angle or smaller to easily let the air bubbles separate and to prevent them from attaching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
