PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress breakdown of a switch element due to surge voltage in a soft switching converter.SOLUTION: The soft switching converter 10 includes a main circuit and an auxiliary circuit. The main circuit includes a reactor L1, a diode D1 and a switch element S1 to which a diode D2 is connected in parallel. The auxiliary circuit includes a reactor L2, a diode D3, a switch element S2 to which a diode D5 is connected in parallel, a snubber diode D4 and a snubber capacitor C1. The auxiliary circuit further includes a diode D6 connected to the reactor L2 in series and a capacitor C2 connected in parallel to a series connection body of the reactor L2 and the diode D6. |
